We are looking to hire a Construction Technician - price list for a site in Varna.
Responsibilities
- is responsible for strict compliance with the project documentation
-request and organization of delivery of the necessary materials;
- works with normative documents regulating the construction process.
- participates in activities for planning the construction process - preparation of a line schedule and financial plan;
- development of quantitative - value account of Building Manager or Gaudi
Requirements and required skills
- construction education
- experience in preparation of quantity and value invoices
- knowledge and understanding of construction technologies
- responsibility and desire for development in this field
- Bulgarian and Russian (Russian for communication with the management team)
