Our main goal is develop LCL cargo transportation using various types of transport. We are looking for a Sales Manager - LCL/air to join our young and dynamic team
Resposibilities:
- Responsible for LCL/air sales activities and business development.
- Responsible to develop new customers and maintain current customers in order to achieve sales target.
- Communicate with new and existing customers, understand market needs and therefore able to provide the best fit solutions and services to the customers
- Continuously promote sales activities, including calls, sales pitching, manage sales pipeline and sales solutions by developing and concentrating on new key accounts, visiting existing accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience in international logistics for at least 1 years
- Experience in maritime business
- Strong skills in sales and business development skills on a business-to-business basis within the Freight Forwarding area (FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL)
- A positive upbeat personality who focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles.
- English - Upper-intermediate and Polish - intermediate
