• Perform scheduled maintenance service
• Test and adjust units to specifications
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed
• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions and confirm finding with supervisor to determine whether to repair or replace unit
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components

For a perfect match :

• Certificate or diploma of apprentice in heavy mechanics
• Minimum 5 years experience in heavy trucks maintenance
• Skills in welding, manual and automatic transmissions, diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems, fuel and emissions systems, heating systems
• Be flexible about working hours
